This solicitation is for the procurement of PVC pipe and pipe accessories for the Tishomingo National Fish Hatchery. The government is seeking to award a firm-fixed-price contract.

• The solicitation includes specific line items for various pipe and pipe accessories, including:

  • 6" FLG Gate Valve
  • 6" SCH80 VanStone Flange
  • 6" Flange Bolt Set
  • 6" Red Rbr Full Face Gasket
  • 6"X12" 6.56-6.96 FCRC
  • 6" SCH40 SW 90
  • 6" SDR21 CL200 PVC Pipe

• Offerors must provide all supporting documents as necessary.

• The Buy American Certificate provision is included, requiring specific certifications regarding domestic content for end products.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price.

• Period of Performance: April 22, 2026, to June 1, 2026.

• Delivery: Must be completed by June 1, 2026.

• Quotes and questions must be emailed to jeremy_riva@ios.doi.gov by the RFQ closing date and time.

• Offers must be submitted on Standard Form (SF) 1449.

• Evaluation will be based on the following factors:

  • Ability to meet technical specifications
  • Lead time for delivery after receipt of order
  • Price

• The government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose offer is most advantageous, considering price and other factors. Best value tradeoffs may be considered.

• Offers must be held firm for 60 calendar days from the receipt of offers date.

• This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business set-aside.

• The Tishomingo National Fish Hatchery has a requirement for PVC pipe and accessories.

• Interested businesses are strongly encouraged to submit their quotation.

• Payment requests must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
