Replacement of vinyl baseboard with stained wood. Contractors are responsible for verifying quantities, providing material samples, supplying all equipment, labor, and materials, and coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). A Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) is required.
