Scope of Work
This requirement involves two primary locations:
- Christianson House (Lake Quinault area): Removal of existing carpet, installation of new closed-loop berber carpet with high-density padding (20-year warranty), and repair/refinishing of existing hardwood floors using the BONA process or approved equal.
- Mora House (Mora area): Removal of existing flooring, installation of new closed-loop berber carpet with high-density padding (20-year warranty) in bedrooms, and installation of Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) flooring (National Flooring Products, Tuff Core, Bryanston #838 RE-LAM or equal) in common areas, kitchen, and bathrooms (1-year installation, 10-year performance warranty). Replacement of vinyl baseboard with stained wood. Contractors are responsible for verifying quantities, providing material samples, supplying all equipment, labor, and materials, and coordinating with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). A Site-Specific Safety Plan (SSSP) is required.
