• Perform on-site calibration for a list of equipment to OEM standards.

• Coordinate on-site calibration with the FACB Site Representative.

• If equipment cannot be calibrated on-site, it will be transported to the contractor's facility for calibration and returned within four weeks. The contractor must notify the Site Representative of any delays.

• Handle, store, and transport calibration items appropriately.

• Remove prior calibration labels and attach a new label indicating contractor name, equipment status (Calibrated, Special, No Calibration Required), and next calibration due date.

• Provide a Certificate of Calibration for each calibrated item, including manufacturer, nomenclature, model number, serial number, calibration date, next calibration due date, and status. A copy must accompany the equipment and be sent to the FACB Site Representative.

• The contractor must be an ANSI National Accreditation Board (ANAB) accredited company, meeting ISO/IEC 17025 and/or ANSI/NCSL Z540-1 and/or ANSI/NCSL Z540-3 requirements.
