• Statement of Understanding – Limitations on Subcontracting: Acknowledges the FAR 52.219-14 requirements regarding subcontracting limitations for small businesses, particularly concerning similarly situated entities and the 50 percent limitation on services.
• Legal Information: Sections for the Prime Contractor's and Proposed Subcontractor's legal names and Unique Entity IDs (UEID) from SAM.gov.
• Subcontractor's Representative for Validation: Contact information for the subcontractor's representative.
• Authorized Signature: A section for the subcontractor's authorized representative to sign, confirming their commitment.
