  • Internship Programs Support: Coordination and support for various student internship programs such as the Science and Engineering Apprenticeship Program (SEAP), Naval Research Enterprise Internship Program (NREIP), Naval Horizons (NH) Program, and other short-term internships. This includes the critical responsibility of distributing stipends to interns.
  • Naval STEM Website Management: Central consolidation of Navy and Marine Corps STEM opportunities and information, serving as a clearinghouse. Offerors are expected to propose a new website and system, not just maintain existing ones.
