Purpose & Scope

USASOC seeks Subject Matter Expert (SME) contract support for its OPSEC program, which protects uniformed service members, civilian employees, family members, facilities, and equipment. Support also extends to the unit's Force Protection (FP) Program, encompassing Anti-terrorism (AT), Physical Security (PHYSEC), Mission Assurance (MA), Insider Threat (InT), and Emergency Management (EM) programs. Specific duties include interpreting policies, formulating concepts, drafting policies, implementing programs, conducting training, coordinating working groups, attending relevant forums, and researching emerging technologies.

Place of Performance

Support will be required at USASOC Headquarters, U.S. John F. Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School (USAJFKSWC) in Fort Bragg, NC, and Headquarters, 75th Ranger Regiment in Fort Benning, GA.

Key Requirements

  • Vendors must be certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).
  • The contractor must possess and maintain a Top Secret Facility Clearance throughout the life of the contract.
  • Personnel must possess a Secret security clearance at the time of proposal and performance, and obtain/maintain a Top Secret Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance upon contract award.
  • Contractor personnel are required to complete OPSEC Level II training and the Army Antiterrorism Officer Basic Course.
