The government may require licensed Physical Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Strength and Conditioning coaches, and/or Massage Therapists. The program aims to reduce injuries, minimize lost duty time, improve long-term quality of life, and optimize human performance and readiness for approximately 30 aircrew.

Submission & Evaluation

Proposals must be submitted electronically via email to the Contract Specialist. They must conform to all solicitation requirements, including the Performance Work Statement (PWS), and include all required data and information.

  • Proposal Format: MS Word, MS Excel, PDF. Price proposal in MS Excel. 12-point Times New Roman, single-spaced.
  • Page Limits: Technical Volume (50 pages), Past Performance Volume (25 pages), Price Proposal Volume (No Limit). Cover page, table of contents, and acronym list do not count towards limits.

    1. Technical Capability: Key Personnel resumes, Project Management and Staffing and Startup Operations Plan, Project Equipment and Supplies Plan, Understanding of Required Work and Reporting Requirements.

    3. Price: Total of all line item prices, including options.
