Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) stationary electric Ordnance Deformer capable of processing spent cartridges up to and including 20mm. Key components include:

- High-speed rotary drum grinder (480V/three-phase) with hood, chute, and soft start.
- Discharge conveyor with electronic drive.
- Control panel and system integration.
The scope also includes installation, on-site setup, calibration to government specifications, and training for one group. The unit must comply with DESR 6055.09 91-201, Edition 1, Change 1, dated February 23, 2024, and be capable of containing overpressure, fragment, and thermal hazards. Processing is restricted to expended .50-caliber and smaller cartridge cases, which must be screened prior to processing.
