Scope of Work
This requirement is for the procurement of two (2) PUMP, SINGLE STAGE SEWAGE BLOCK UNIPUMP, Manufacturer Part Number A2G_006, from Herborner Pumpentechnik. These pumps are essential replacement parts for the USNS Sacagawea (T-AKE-2). Items must comply with DFARS 252.211-7003 for item identification and valuation.
Contract Details
This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price Supply-type Purchase Order. The Government has determined this to be a sole source acquisition to Evac North America Inc. due to their status as the exclusive authorized distributor of Herborner Pumpen in the United States. A determination not to compete this action based on responses to this notice is at the Government's discretion. Delivery is required on or before May 17, 2026.
Submission & Evaluation
Quotes must be submitted by May 27, 2026, at 10:00 AM (local time). Offerors must include their Name, SAM CAGE Code, Email, Phone Number, and Business Size with their quote. Questions are due one day prior to the closing date. Evaluation factors, in no order of relative importance, include technical (including delivery date), price, and past performance. The Government will select the most advantageous offer and anticipates an award on or around May 29, 2026. Offerors must be registered in SAM.
