Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products and services, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions, anticipates awarding a single "Time and Material (including Labor Hour)" type purchase order for in-person Occupational Therapist and Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant services.

• Provide in-person Occupational Therapy and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant services.

• Services are for identified students in the CCS Special Education department.

• Services include evaluations, therapy, teacher consultation, daily performance data, goal writing, IEP meetings, case logs, and progress reports.

• The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals.

• Contractor personnel must be US citizens.

• Indian Preference (IP) recruitment and hiring practices apply.

• Background investigations are required for all contractor employees who will be onsite or have access to Personally Identifiable Information (PII).

• Contractor personnel must comply with all safety regulations and utilize appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Specific immunizations (MMR, Tdap, Polio) are required.

• Contractor personnel must not be sick when entering school property.
