• Quote Requirements: Must include a priced Schedule of Items and acknowledgement of amendments. Quotes with a base item subtotal exceeding $150,000.00 require a bid bond on Standard Form 24 (SF-24).

• Period for Acceptance: Vendors agree to hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the quote receipt date.

• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the lowest priced, responsible bidder who is responsive to the solicitation. Responsibility will be determined per FAR subpart 9.104-1. Quotes will be evaluated for price alone, representing the best value to the Government.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

Subsection 104.06 (Use of Roads by Contractor) is expanded to include authorization for contractor use of Forest Service roads under specific conditions.
• Section 105 (Control of Material): Additions to Subsection 105.02(a) identify government-provided mandatory sources for materials like "Check Dam Rock," "Aggregate Surface Course," and "Local Borrow." Additions to Subsection 105.02(c) outline requirements for contractor-located sources, emphasizing weed-free materials.
