- Marking and volume estimation for Hardwood Single-Tree Selection (uneven-age) on approximately 595 acres (Payment Units 01-03, 05-10, 13-15, & 17).
- Clearcut/Removal Cut (where all trees are counted) on approximately 94 acres (Payment Units 04, 11-12, 16, & 18).
- Application of the Sample Tree Cruising Method (STR) across all Payment Units.
- Adherence to specific marking instructions detailed in Attachment 01 (Sasquatch Statement of Work) and Attachment 03 (Sasquatch Section C), as well as the Timber Theft Prevention Plan (Attachment 04). Government-furnished property includes tree marking paint, R9 Timber Sale Cruise Tally Card & Instructions Sheet, and marking guides.

Submission & Evaluation

The government reserves the right to make price/technical trade-offs. Amendment 1 added FAR clause 52.222-90, "Addressing DEI Discrimination by Federal Contractors (APR 2026)", which bidders must comply with.
