- Package 003: Cedar Lake 2025 Sanitary Sewer System: Construction of a new septic system and modification of the existing collection system. This involves mobilization, 0.5 acre of clearing and grubbing, installation of one 2000-gallon septic tank, modifications to two manholes, installation of 110 linear ft of 4" piping and 150 linear ft of 6" piping, 1 cubic yard of concrete, 1 cubic yard of flowable fill, and 0.5 acre of seeding. Detailed engineering drawings are provided.
- Package 004: Womble Work Center Valve Replacement: Replacement of two existing four-inch gate valves, including excavation, installation, pressure testing, and backfilling.
