• Quotes are to be submitted in two volumes: Volume I - Technical Specifications and Delivery, and Volume II - Price.

• The technical quote must not contain price references and must detail how the product meets specifications.

• The price quote must be submitted separately and include unit prices and total firm-fixed-price.

• Award will be based on a combination of factors, with technical acceptance being more important than price.

• The government may conduct discussions if deemed necessary.

Key changes include:

• Response Due Time: Extended from 11:00 AM to 09:00 AM.

• CLIN/SLIN/ELIN:

  • CLIN 0002, "SERVICES TO PERFORM SHOT PEENING IN ACCORDANCE WITH (IAW) STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW)", has been added. This CLIN is for services related to shot peening, with a Product Service Code of J020 and a Firm Fixed Price arrangement.
