Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This SOW outlines the requirements for overhaul services for components used on U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) HC-130J aircraft. The goal is to maintain the inventory of RFI components to support mission success.

• Overhaul services for components as specified in the Schedule.

• Components must be returned to a Ready for Issue (RFI) condition.

• Overhaul actions must comply with applicable technical directives, Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) standards, and USCG requirements.

• Replacement parts must be new and OEM traceable, or approved as serviceable/repaired if new parts are unavailable.

• Contractor must provide all necessary parts, labor, tooling, test equipment, and facilities.

• Components must meet or exceed technical directive specifications.

• Overhauled components must be certified as airworthy and suitable for installation.

• Contractor must maintain a Quality Assurance System.

• Reporting requirements include notification of component receipt and submission of maintenance records (CRR).

• Period of Performance and required delivery dates will be provided in the order.

• Primary place of performance will be the Contractor's facilities or other USCG-approved location.

• Contractor must be an OEM Certified Repair Facility.

• Sub-contractors must also meet OEM certification requirements.

• Compliance with environmental requirements regarding hazardous dust is mandatory.

• Procedures for handling Unusual Damage, Cannibalized Components, and Beyond Economical Repair (BER) are detailed.
