• Period of Performance: Five (5) years.
• Estimated Quantities: Minimum of 180 units; Maximum of 1,080 units (900 US / 180 FMS).
• The Landing Gear Fixed is not identified as a Critical Safety Item (CSI).
• No Government Furnished Material (GFM) will be provided, other than reparables and reusable containers.

• This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
• The applicable North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 336413 with a size standard of 1,250 employees.
• Only bidders registered as a small business under NAICS code 336413 in SAM.gov are eligible to submit a bid.

Submission & Evaluation

• Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is the most advantageous to the Government, considering only price and price-related factors.
• Proposals must remain valid for 120 days from the bid receipt date.
• Bidders must complete Attachment 0006, "Landing Gear Fixed, Pricing Template."
• Bids must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer.
• The bid opening will be conducted via Microsoft Teams web.

Additional Notes

• Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer and geographical delivery locations are currently unknown.
• Access to DLA FedMall is not authorized.
• Shipping instructions will be provided with each individual delivery order.
• Yearly estimated quantities do not commit the Government to ordering above the minimum quantity.
