Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To control and eradicate aquatic invasive plant species, including Curly-Leaf Pondweed, Eurasian watermilfoil, and Spatterdock, within specified areas of the Erie National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) to improve habitat for migratory birds and enhance biological integrity.

• Application of Rodeo or AquaNeat herbicide on approximately 27.25 acres of emergent wetland habitat.

• Application of Aquathol K herbicide on approximately 12.5 acres of emergent wetland habitat.

• Work to be performed within the Sugar Lake Division of Erie NWR, Randolph Township, Crawford County, PA.

• Total treatment area approximately 39.75 acres across four sites.

• A minimum of 75% of mapped target infestation acreage shall receive herbicide application coverage.
