• Specific tasks include premove surveys, weighing (using certified scales or constructive weight), preparation, packing, loading, containerization, tagging, inventorying, appliance servicing/unservicing, marking exterior shipping containers, storage, facilities, cargo insurance, and DPM delivery, unloading, and unpacking.

• Packing/Loading/Containerization: No more than 3% of total shipments incorrectly packed/loaded/containerized per month.

• On-Time Pickup/Delivery: No more than 5% customer complaints for untimely pickup/delivery per month.

• Documentation: 98% on-time return of completed, accurate, legible documentation to PPSO per month.

• Invoicing: 98% error-free invoice submission rate per month.

• Facilities/Equipment: Less than 3 violations per quarter for inadequate facilities or unserviceable equipment.

• GOCs: No more than 2% of GOCs improperly protected per quarter; less than 2 failures per month to recoup GOCs within specified timeframe.
