- Testing & Inspection: Paint samples may be tested by US Army CERL. Inspection will occur at the destination. Pre-certified coatings are acceptable.
- Special Requirements: Specific formulations, packaging, labeling, hazardous material warnings, and E-Verify for delivery personnel are mandated.
