To provide interior painting services for U.S. Government Owned (GOV) and Short Term Leased (STL) properties within the London area. The goal is to ensure properties are properly decorated and painted to a high standard for arriving employees.

• Repainting of previously painted/varnished interior surfaces, including cupboards, wardrobes, and pelmets.

• Preparation of surfaces: washing, sanding, filling cracks and holes, and priming.

• Moving and protecting furniture, carpets, and floor coverings.

• Temporary removal and re-installation of wall fixtures, door and window furniture.

• Easing and ensuring proper operation of doors and windows.
