The requirement includes painting, drywall/plaster repair, and related services for U.S. Government-owned or managed residential properties in Copenhagen, Denmark. Services encompass:

  • Painting of walls, ceilings, trim, baseboards, doors, radiators, pipes, and outdoor metal fences.
  • Cleaning old paint, plaster repair, priming, and smoothing.
  • Oiling/varnishing/shellacking of woodwork.
  • Drywall/plaster and lightweight concrete repair.
  • Texture application for walls and ceilings.
  • Removal of wall coverings (wallpaper, cork, mirror, tile).
  • Interior stucco repair. All work must adhere to Danish Industry Standards for painting, and contractors are responsible for providing materials and equipment.

Contract Details

  • Type: Multiple-award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) with firm-fixed prices.
  • Period of Performance: A 12-month base period starting May 1, 2026, with potential for one option year.
  • Estimated Contract Ceiling: 1,500,000.00 DKK.
