• Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the safe removal and replacement of the rooftop exhaust blower fan.

• Install a new laboratory exhaust fan suitable for chemical fume hood service, with a preferred model of Greenheck CUE-095-VG or an approved alternative of comparable quality meeting industry standards.

• Ensure the replacement fan is properly sized and configured to achieve required exhaust performance according to ANSI standards.
