Special Requirements & Eligibility
Offerors must demonstrate a local presence with an office in Central America or the United States. Contractor employees must be Panamanian nationals, undergo background checks, and security vetting. The contractor is responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, and materials, adhering to specific insurance requirements, and ensuring employees wear standard uniforms. Signed non-disclosure agreements are required.
