• Parking space striping of the entire parking lot.

Asphalt Replacement (900 sq yards):

• Saw cutting of the replacement area.
• Removal and disposal of existing asphalt and 18 inches of subgrade material.
• Furnishing and installation of 10 inches of breaker run and 8 inches of compacted base course.
• Fine grading, watering, and compaction of base course material.
• Paving with WisDOT spec type MT58-28S asphalt mix, compacted to 3.5 inches in two lifts, with a tack coat prior to the surface course.

Crackfilling and Sealcoating (Entire Lot except replacement area):

• Routing and filling of asphalt cracks.
• Cleaning and filling of seams between asphalt and concrete.
• Application of two coats of sealcoat, which must be a bio-based product (e.g., BioSealcoat).

Parking Lot Paint Striping:

• Painting parking areas to match pre-existing strips, including two handicapped areas.

• Striping paint must be a bio-based product (e.g., BioStripe).

• Worksite: USDA-ARS EIDMRU lab and office, 2615 Yellowstone Drive, Marshfield, WI 54449.

• Work hours: Normal business hours (7 am - 5 pm, Monday-Friday), unless scheduled otherwise.

• Contractors must notify USDA technical POCs (Matt Akins and Joe Hattamer) at least one week before anticipated start to coordinate schedules.

• Quotes must include a description of all materials, services, labor, travel/deliveries, and bid bonding. Items not included may result in the quote not being reviewed.
