This solicitation is for the procurement of a Particle Size Analyzer system, including a laser diffraction instrument, dispersion unit, accessories, software, and a workstation PC. The system is intended to measure particle sizes of powders over a range of 0.1 to 2500 micrometers through wet dispersion.

• Laser Diffraction Instrument: Capable of measuring particle sizes from 0.1 to 2500 microns, with specific optic and detector parameters (Reverse Fourier lens, 300mm focal length, 0.015-60 degree angular range, automatic detector alignment). Must meet accuracy (±0.6%) and repeatability (0.5%) specifications. Tabletop system with a maximum footprint of 35" L x 12" W. No direct connection to drain, water line, or air supply required.

• Dispersion Unit: Must include attachments for sonification and stirring, flexible volume wet dispersion (250 mL to 1000 mL), pump speed of 2400 rpm, sonification power of at least 40W, and full software control.

• Accessories & Consumables: Includes all necessary accessories for operation and a consumables kit for upkeep and cleaning.

• Software: Must operate the equipment and meet measurement requirements without internet connection.

• Electrical Requirements: 110 V to 240 V, 50/60 Hz.

• Workstation PC: Desktop PC with Windows 10/11, 16 GB RAM minimum, 500 GB HDD minimum, Intel Core i7 processor or better, multiple USB 3.0 ports, Ethernet port, keyboard, and mouse.

• Installation: On-site lab installation by qualified personnel.

• Calibration: Must include standard reference materials if needed.

• Training: On instrument use, upkeep, cleaning, software use, and end-user specific requirements.

• Warranty: Minimum 1-year manufacturer's warranty. All parts must be available for a minimum of 10 years.
