Associated manufacturing requirements include First Article Testing (FAT), pre-manufacture visual inspection, documentation of Requests for Variance (RFVs), and various inspections such as Dimensional, Magnetic Particle, Liquid Dye Penetrant, Ultrasonic Testing, and Radiography. Vendors must also perform Visual Preservation Inspections and Radiographic Shooting Sketches/Testing of Sleeves.
