Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This task also includes inspection and testing of systems, flow test, water motor alarm, and electrical and supervisory systems for Buildings G, H, I, and the Maintenance Shop.

• Fire extinguishers are explicitly excluded from this contract.

• The work will be performed at the Pearl Harbor National Memorial, specifically at Buildings D, F, G, H, I, and the Maintenance Shop.

• Services are to be performed during regular park business hours, Monday-Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. HST. No work will be performed on Saturdays or Sundays.

• Government Furnished Property and Services: None will be provided by the National Park Service (NPS). Contractor will utilize water and electrical services.

• Contractor Provided Equipment and Supplies: Contractor must provide all necessary equipment and vehicles, which must be in good, operable, and safe condition.

• Work Restrictions & Resource Protection: Strict adherence to preventing damage to natural surroundings, avoiding invasive species introduction (including thorough cleaning of all vehicles and equipment), and complying with park policies.

• Safety: Compliance with OSHA requirements and immediate reporting of any accidents or damage.

• Cleanliness: Contractor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of service areas.

• Personnel: Contractor shall provide a Contract Manager, ensure personnel have a neat appearance, and utilize experienced, responsible employees. A complete roster of personnel is required prior to performance start.

• Payment: Payments will be made via the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Invoice Processing Platform System (IPP) after work is complete and a distinguishable benefit has been received by the Government.
