  • Lodging: Tents for up to 375 personnel (54 sq ft/person), HVAC, generated power, lighting, and cots. Soft-sided tents are acceptable; linens and bedding are not required from the contractor.
  • Utilities & Sanitation: Potable water delivery and distribution (12,360 gallons for 19 days), 38 drinking stations, containerized showers, sinks, and latrines (serviced daily). Black and grey water removal requires contractor-arranged disposal.
  • Infrastructure: Generated power, lighting, support tents (dining, operational command, etc., all requiring power), ice, dumpsters, trash cans, trash removal, fuel for equipment, workout/MWR equipment, laundry trailers, and mobile/temporary hardwall units. Isolation tents have been removed from requirements.
