Scope of Work
The contractor will provide monthly preventive inspections and services for pest and rodent control, including routine consumables, parts, and labor. This includes inspecting for potential issues, relaying findings to USDA-ARS, and providing service during normal business hours (8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Provision for service calls outside normal hours for urgent issues is also required. The contract requires a licensed pest and rodent control company and a qualified Project Manager.

Submission & Evaluation

Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days.
