This excludes larger nuisance wildlife. Services involve monthly inspections, various treatment methods (bait stations, glue boards, traps, insecticide sprays, aerosols, gel baits, dusts, thermal remediation), and specific services for small rodents, bed bugs, interior insects, and exterior carpet ants. Contractors are required to provide exterior rodent bait stations. Services will be performed during normal duty hours (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM AST, Monday-Friday, excluding Federal Holidays).
