Statement of Work (SOW)

To survey and inventory all cross connections throughout Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) to identify and document backflow hazards.

• Survey all facilities and water-using equipment and systems.

• Document the location, degree of hazard, backflow prevention device model number and serial number, hazard description, and recommended appropriate device for each hazard.

• Document newfound hazards and notify the 21st Civil Engineer (21 CES) representative.

• PSFB includes 182 buildings and approximately 3.8 million square feet of area.

• Survey shall be done in accordance with DAFMAN 32-1067 section 3.3.4.8 and UFC 3-600-01.

• Deliverables must be prepared in a professional manner, free of technical and grammatical errors.

• Estimated Performance Time: 90 calendar days.

• Work hours: 0700-1600 hours, Monday through Friday, unless otherwise coordinated.
