Statement of Work (SOW)

To perform repairs on two cooling towers at Building 1470, Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), Colorado, addressing inoperable parts and operational issues.

• Repair two existing Marley Aquatower 58084 cooling towers (Serial Numbers 58084.B24523M.3852.94 & Belt Size 2A120).

• Replace bearing housing group, fan shafts, sheaves, fan assemblies, and bushings on both cells.

• Restart the cooling tower system upon completion, ensuring proper operation, including makeup water and chemical treatment.

• Work may be performed on one cooling tower at a time to maintain condenser water uptime.

• Work must comply with all applicable Federal, State, local laws, regulations, and base-specific standards, including Unified Facilities Criteria.

• All work must comply with contract criteria unless a waiver is obtained.

• Construction work may be subject to stoppages and delays due to critical PSFB mission requirements.
