Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Services: Annual preventative maintenance, inspections, annual certification, and load bank testing for generators and transfer switches.

• Generator Scope Includes: Cooling system, DC electrical system, AC electrical system, air induction & exhaust system, lubrication system, and fuel systems.

• Transfer Switch Scope Includes: Inspection, operation verification, contact dressing, insulation resistance testing, contact resistance testing, and simulation of automatic transfer conditions.

• Load Bank Testing: Minimum 2 hours at 80% or greater load capacity per generator annually to prevent wet stacking.

• Safety: Comply with NFPA and OSHA requirements for hazardous materials. Maintain MSDS/Safety Data Sheets on site. Report spills immediately. Maintain a spill emergency response kit and train employees.

• Utilities: Contractor is responsible for locating and preventing damage to utilities. Repair any damage at no additional expense to the Government. Utility shutdowns not to exceed 3 hours without temporary provisions and COR approval.

• Administrative: All work must be documented. Invoicing and work receipts must match. Timely and accurate paperwork is mandatory.
