Services encompass support for the PBX, wiring terminals, Attendant console, emergency phones, call accounting, and 911 alerting. The scope also includes on-premises server support, voicemail services for at least 330 users, and ensuring 24/7 system availability. The contractor is responsible for software and hardware troubleshooting, repair, and upgrades, including Mitel Advantage Software Assurance (SWA) for security patches and major release updates. An incumbent is currently supporting the environment and will maintain licensing through June 2026, requiring transition support. The applicable Wage Determination (No. 2015-5791, Revision No. 30) for Bucks, Chester, and Montgomery Counties, PA, dictates minimum wage rates and fringe benefits, which bidders must incorporate into their pricing.
