Scope of Work
The contractor will provide rental, maintenance, and per-copy services for various photocopier machines (both black & white and color). This includes all necessary consumables (excluding paper), unlimited emergency and preventive repair services during business hours, and training for each copier. Specific technical specifications for four groups of copiers are detailed in Attachment 1. The U.S. Government will provide paper and electricity. Services are required across Italy, including Rome, Milan, Naples, Genoa, Palermo, and La Spezia.
Contract Details
- Type: Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm-Fixed Price for rental, maintenance, and per-copy usage.
- Period of Performance: A 12-month base period with four (4) one-year option periods.
- Pricing: All prices must be submitted in Euros. Value Added Tax (VAT) is not applicable due to the U.S. Embassy's tax exemption. The contract will involve a minimum of five and a maximum of fifty copiers per period.
- Set-Aside: This acquisition is not set aside for any specific small business category.

- Required Documents: Completed SF-1449, proof of SAM.gov registration, a detailed price proposal (Attachment 3 and Section 1, Paragraph 3.C), and technical specifications for proposed models.
- Eligibility: Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and provide evidence of authorization to do business in Italy, including Italian Company Registration Report, DURC, and INAIL/INPS payment proof.
- Evaluation: Award will be based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer from a responsible contractor. The government may award without discussions.
