Scope of Work

- Monthly virtual meetings with Capitol Operations leadership for alignment.
- Pre- and post-program assessments of leadership competencies.
- Integration of participant engagement, mentorship, and stretch assignments.
- Development of a comprehensive program outline, calendar, and all necessary materials.
- Submission of a final Findings and Recommendations Report.
Contract Details
- Type: Labor Hour contract using fixed price labor rates.
- Term: A 12-month base period with four separate 12-month option periods.
