Scope of Work

Additional requirements include a PCS computer meeting specified hardware and software standards (x64 Processor, 8GB+ RAM, Windows 11 compatible, anti-virus compliant with IHS IT policies), a replacement UPS device, and an instrument printer. The contractor must provide off-site and on-site training, ensure all cloud-based services meet FedRAMP Authorization (Moderate or High), implement two-factor authentication (2FA) for remote access, and comply with vulnerability management and patching timelines (NIST 800-53).
Contract Details
