Scope of Work
Contractors will provide comprehensive production support, including:
- Skilled Technical Labor: Audio/lighting engineers, video directors, camera operators, stagehands, event planners, and other specialized personnel.
- Professional-Grade Equipment Rentals: Custom sound systems, lighting systems, large-scale LED video walls, video equipment, rigging equipment, custom stage decking, and generators.
- Logistical Services: Commercial trucking, venue coordination, and provision of power generation or staging assets.
- Visual Media Content Creation: Digital media for video walls and post-production. All services must meet the premier standards of the United States Air Force.
