Scope of Work
The requirement is for a new, NDA-889 compliant surveillance camera system to replace an existing analog system. The system must include a minimum of 24 cameras and support 4K Ultra High-Definition recordings. Key components include:
- 22 Cameras: Minimum 8 Megapixel IP cameras (3840x2160) with 2.8-12mm 4x motorized adjustable lenses, low light performance, 164ft IR/Color Night Vision, H.265 compression, weatherproof, and Power Over Ethernet (PoE). Specifications are equal to CCTV Security Pros 24IPBV8-N.
- 2 Cameras: Must be listed on the Non-Nuclear Configuration Management Database (CMD). These require a maximum 2MP resolution, 4.25~170mm (40x) optical zoom, 200m IR, intelligent analytics (object auto tracking, target lock), Day & Night (ICR), extreme WDR, DIS, H.264/H.265 codecs, and specific environmental ratings (IP66, IK10, NEMA4X, NEMA TS-2). Specifications are equal to Hanwha XNP-6400RW.
- Video Recorder: Must feature a wide range (120dB), 4TB hard drive, remote viewing capability (no monthly fees), and four hard drive bays for expansion.
