Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items and services for Forklift Repair. The government is requesting quotes for parts, labor/travel, and expenses, as detailed in the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

• Proposals must include the RFQ form as a cover sheet, filled out completely.

• Proposals must also include conceptual/"mock-up" drawings for technical consideration.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To repair a specific 2020 Hyster 10K Forklift (Model H155TF-AF) by addressing issues with its fuel system.

• Drain and remove all fuel from the tank and system components.

• Remove and replace unserviceable parts in the fuel system, including the injection pump, base, cover, gaskets, gear supply pump, fuel pump, and fuel filter housing.

• Replace the currently installed inline fuel filter with a new OEM Hyster specific filter element.

• Ensure the forklift is free of leaks and abnormal noises after repairs.

• Refill the system with diesel fuel.

• Calibrate, torque, and reinstall all components according to Hyster technical data.

• Conduct a final test to verify the new fuel pump is registered, and the fuel system is properly pressurized and lubricated per Hyster specifications.

• Maintenance will be performed at the contractor's facility.

• The forklift is non-operational and will need to be picked up by JCSE personnel at Briggs Equipment, 2230 N. US Highway 301, Tampa, FL 33619.

• All replacement parts must be OEM Hyster specific.

• Contractor personnel may require Common Access Cards (CACs) for access to government facilities or systems, with specific procedures for obtaining and managing them.

• Contractor must adhere to health and safety regulations on government installations, including taking precautions to prevent accidents and preserve health and safety. Violations may lead to contract termination.
