- Developing audit strategies and conducting various audits, including Self-Audits, National Audits, Program Integrity (PI) Audits, and Ad hoc audits.
- Managing the first level of appeal (Reconsideration) for Part D program integrity audits.
- Hosting national FWA training and outreach/education missions.
- Ensuring plan sponsors' adherence to regulatory requirements and providing technical assistance to CMS.
- Compliance with Information Security and Section 508 accessibility requirements is mandatory.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF).
- Period of Performance: A Base Period from June 28, 2026, to June 27, 2027, followed by five Option Periods, extending the potential performance through June 27, 2031, plus an Optional Transition-Out Period.
