• Construction/Demolition/Installation services for the playground and flood prevention project.

• Special attention is called to DIAR 1452.280-2, Notice of Indian Economic Enterprise Set-Aside. Offers are solicited only from Indian Economic Enterprises.

• Offerors must meet the definition of an Indian Economic Enterprise as defined in DIAR 1480.201.
