Eligibility & Requirements
Eligible vendors must be Indian Economic Enterprises (IEEs) and registered in SAM.gov. Contractors must possess basic knowledge, skills, and abilities to maintain network services, be fully compliant with HIPAA, and define all licenses and relative documents. The "Indian Health Service Buy Indian Act Indian Economic Enterprise Representation Form" must be completed and submitted to be considered. Compliance with the Privacy Act and CFR 42 Part 2 regarding patient records is also required.
