Statement of Work (SOW)

To modernize the physical security and surveillance infrastructure at the Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) Pompeys Pillar National Monument. This includes replacing legacy systems with NDAA-compliant cameras, integrating AI-based video analytics, and implementing a unified intrusion platform.

• Design, furnish, install, integrate, configure, and test a complete NDAA-compliant video surveillance system.

• Upgrade covers the Interpretive Center, boardwalk areas, pump house, garage, shop, and associated outbuildings.

• Camera Hardware: Install 13 Speco 5MP Outdoor Turret Cameras, 1 Speco 20x Optical Zoom PTZ Camera, and 1 Speco 4MP PTZ Camera. Includes necessary mounts and network hardware.

• Recording and Monitoring: Replace legacy recorder with a Speco 40-channel hybrid NDAA-compliant recorder. Install a dedicated Speco recorder for the signature viewing station. Integrate systems for secure off-site access via browser or mobile app.

• Virtual Perimeter System: Replace legacy underground-wired physical security beams with Speco AI-enabled cameras to detect human movement, filtering wildlife and environmental noise. Configure camera-based alarm triggers.

• Intrusion Detection & Access Control: Install a DMP XR150 network panel (or approved equal) for monitoring all buildings and integrated video triggers. Adapt legacy wiring and install zone expanders. Combine East End Outbuildings into a single partition with new keypads. Install keypads, wireless receivers, door sensors, and motion detectors in the Maintenance Shop Hub. Install wireless extreme-temperature sensors in the Unheated Garage.
