Scope of Work
The requirement involves the removal and disposal of current water slides and the installation of new ones at the Main Base Pool. The contractor must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supervision. The new installation includes a 4-flume slide with an attached climbing structure, comprising:
- Slide 1: 72-foot long spiral slide, 18-foot high, yellow.
- Slide 2: 18-foot high curved slide, green.
- Slide 3: 16-foot high curved slide, red.
- Slide 4: 12-foot high curved slide, blue. The climbing structure must be Schedule 80 aircraft aluminum with polyethylene decks, blue foam pipe padding, UV resistant polypropylene netting, and 316 marine grade stainless steel hardware. An alternate design replacing the existing climbing structure with stairs is acceptable. The existing pump and plumbing are in working order, and no mechanical or electrical work is anticipated beyond installing the existing pump onto the new slide. Existing anchors should be cut flush, and new ones installed.

Evaluation

Funds are not presently available, and no award will be made until funds are secured. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation. Offerors must be registered in SAM, include their UEI, and comply with the updated Wage Determination (2015-5191, Revision 30).
