Scope of Work

- Maintaining lawn height (2"-4") and precise edging along all surfaces.
- Trimming trees (6' clearance from ground, 2' from structures) and removing dead branches.
- Monthly trimming of bushes and hedges for a neat appearance.
- Application of non-selective herbicide or ground sterilant as needed in beds, mulch areas, walkways, and sidewalks.
- Quarterly site inspections for plant life eradication.
- Bi-weekly mowing and trimming from March 1st to October 31st, and monthly from November 1st to February 29th.
- Removal of all waste and debris from the site.
- Up to four unscheduled service calls per year, to be completed within three business days.
