Scope of Work
The contractor will provide a 10-station portable trailer restroom service, including HVAC, lighting, sinks, urinals, toilets, vanities, mirrors, waste receptacles, paper towel holders, and soap dispensers. Key services include:
- Weekly refilling of paper towels and soap.
- Waste tank emptying/pumping twice weekly or as needed.
- Ensuring secure tie-downs for trailers.
- Providing 24/7 emergency services for equipment failure, replacement, or maintenance. The objective is to accommodate increased student throughput for the Strategic Leaders International Course.
