- CLIN 0002: Six (6) 1/2 Ton Electric JLC Chain Hoists with Chain Container, 15' Lift, 16 FPM, 115/230V, similar or equal to Coffing® Hoists Model 08222W.
- FOB Destination shipping must be included in the unit price.
- Material must be shipped on serviceable, winged pallets in accordance with MD00100452, Revision C.
- Unique item identification and valuation (DFARS 252.211-7003) is required for delivered items.
