- Chemical Latrine Services: Providing, placing, and maintaining up to 600 portable chemical latrines daily during peak season. Services include "Clean and Move," "Service in Place" (winter and summer), and "Delivery and Pickup." Latrines must be stocked with toilet paper and hand sanitizer, using specific phosphorous-free, formaldehyde-free, clear deodorizing chemicals. Urgent delivery/placement is required within 1-2 hours, and tipped latrines must be serviced within 4 hours. Performance standards include high on-time completion rates (98% for urgent greywater, 95% for routine) and sanitation compliance (95% for latrines).
