Statement of Work (SOW)

This SOW outlines the requirements for the rental, delivery, and servicing of portable chemical latrines (PCL) and portable hand washing stations to support personnel across multiple 15th Signal Brigade Training Areas.

• Provide, install, service, and stock a total of 49 portable latrines and 24 hand washing stations.

• Deliver units to specified locations.

• Pump out and dispose of all liquid and solid waste in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations.

• Thoroughly clean and sanitize the interior of each latrine.

• Restock toilet paper (minimum of two rolls per latrine).

• Refill hand washing stations with fresh water.

• Restock soap and paper towels in each hand wash station.

• Ensure all units are free of debris and in good working order.

• TA B25101 (Pole Farm): 15 Latrines, 11 Hand Wash Stations

• TA 3: 10 Latrines, 2 Hand Wash Stations

• TA 9: 13 Latrines, 7 Hand Wash Stations

• TA 24 (MOUT SITE): 3 Latrines, 1 Hand Wash Station

• TA 24 (FOB COBRA): 8 Latrines, 3 Hand Wash Stations

• 2 services per week for TA 10A, TA B25101, TA 3, and TA 9.

• 1 service per week for TA 24 (MOUT SITE) and TA 24 (FOB COBRA).

• One (1) Base period of twelve (12) months, from April 1, 2026, to March 31, 2027.

• Contractor employees must be U.S. citizens and have the ability to gain access to Fort Gordon.
